It offers outstanding load space; with a maximum pay load of 1000kg and maximum volume of 4.2m³ which easily amounts to 2 euro pallets. The low loading threshold of 49cm coupled with large rear and side sliding doors make loading easier than ever before.

You can also choose from 4 different engines with the new Doblo Cargo, all of which are of euro 4 or 5 standard and have DPF and Start & Stop technology; which reduces fuel consumption by 15% and CO₂ emissions by 4%. They range from the 1.3 multijet with 90bhp to the 2.0 multijet with 135 bhp. All offer excellent performance, driving pleasure, low noise pollution, are reliable and eco friendly.

The undoubted success and ever-increasing popularity of the new Fiat Doblò Cargo was demonstrated last night (21 September) as it was crowned International Van of the Year 2011 at an award ceremony in Hanover, Germany.

The new van achieved 128 out of a possible 168 points, from a jury made up of 24 specialist commercial vehicle trade journalists representing the same number of countries.

Announcing the 2011 result, chairman of the International Van of the Year jury, Pieter Wieman, said: “The winning van design had impressed the jury on a number of fronts and above all by the fact that Fiat has succeeded in widening the number of platform and body varieties to a higher number than any other van in this category.
